Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and product owners to gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using the .NET framework
- Create, develop functional requirement document, technical design document, user manual, test cases.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Adopt development best practices to improve overall code quality, readability, maintainability,
- adherence to coding standards as well as consistency in error handling.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
- Prepared test scripts for end-to-end testing / User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Conduct end-to-end testing, execute UAT with customer.
- Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.
- Deploy and maintain applications to production environments.
- Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing applications, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.
- Analyze, determine root cause of issues, and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of applications and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.
- Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Ability to work under an Architect and Lead and take direction on projects, but also independently. The candidate should know when and to whom issues need to be escalated.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree or equivalent in in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in .NET development.
- Having a strong level proficiency in C#.
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of Database design and SQL.
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Understanding of software development best practices such as Agile, TDD, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience in deploying .NET applications to IIS and managing.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform or any of their component offerings is considered a significant advantage, especially Power Apps, AI Builder or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of RPA from either UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate will be advantageous.

- Meet agreed deadlines, with demonstrable Productivity.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environments.
- Capable of implementing product development and lifecycle.
- Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required.
- Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international) with increasing responsibilities as business expands.
