Full-Stack Developer (.NET, Angular)

PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and databases, with strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This role is open to engineers with 3–8 years of experience, depending on technical depth and impact. 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in .NET / .NET Core and Angular, with a solid understanding of frontend–backend integration. 
• Proven ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and work with scalable backend services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience debugging complex issues across the full application stack. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in code reviews. 
• Ability to take technical ownership of features or modules from requirements and design through deployment and post-release support. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and RESTful Web APIs. Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic with .NET technologies. 
• Architecture & Performance: Contribute to application architecture, system design, and scalability. Optimize application performance through code refactoring, debugging, and performance tuning. Ensure clean code, maintainability, and security best practices.
• Cloud & Search Technologies: Work with AWS cloud services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring. Implement and optimize ElasticSearch for efficient search and large-scale data handling. Use NHibernate ORM or similar data access frameworks for efficient database interaction.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers. Take ownership of assigned modules or features from development to deployment. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. 
• Mentorship & Growth (for Senior Profiles): Guide and mentor junior developers. Support technical decision-making and best practices across the team. Contribute to improving development standards and processes.
