Job Description:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude).Integrate LLMs into modern web applications to deliver intelligent user experiences
• Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using modern web frameworks and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business problems into LLM-based applications.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for maximum model performance.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and web development
• Must Have: LLM & AI/ML Skills:
• Deep experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
• Strong Python programming skills, especially in NLP libraries (e.g., Transformers, SpaCy, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)Web Development:
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
• Strong understanding of web architecture, security, performance optimization.DevOps & Deployment:
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)General:Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions
• Leadership experience in mentoring or guiding technical teams

Master’s or Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Experience with production-grade LLM applications (chatbots, agents, copilots, etc.)

8+ years of hands-on experience
