The Full Stack Developer - KBE/CAD Automation plays
a critical role in developing intelligent engineering automation solutions by
integrating CAD systems, software applications, databases, and Knowledge-Based
Engineering (KBE) methodologies. The role focuses on creating scalable automation.
Tools, GUI applications, and engineering workflows that improve design
efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.
1. CAD Automation & Engineering Development
- Develop
and maintain CAD automation applications using Autodesk Inventor API,
iLogic, and SolidWorks API.
- Implement
rule-based modelling and feature-driven automation solutions.
- Create
and maintain KBE (Knowledge-Based Engineering) applications.
- Develop
engineering tools for design automation and configuration management.
- Manage
CAD software version compatibility and migration activities.
2. Software Development & GUI Design
- Design
and develop desktop applications using C#.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Create
intuitive GUI applications using WinForms and WPF.
- Develop
configuration-driven applications utilizing JSON and XML.
- Integrate
third-party APIs and engineering software systems.
- Follow
software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
3. Database & Data Management
- Design,
develop, and maintain SQLite databases.
- Implement
database schema creation, indexing, CRUD operations, and transaction
handling.
- Integrate
SQLite databases with .NET applications.
- Optimize
database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Manage
file-based database systems and data synchronization processes.
4. Automation & System Integration
- Develop
batch processing and automation pipelines.
- Implement
Excel-based automation using Interop. Excel.
- Integrate
engineering applications with PLM/PDM and enterprise systems.
- Support
BOM utilization and data exchange processes.
- Develop
reusable automation frameworks and utilities.
5. Quality, Troubleshooting & Support
- Implement
robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Utilize
logging frameworks such as NLog, log4net, and Serilog.
- Perform
debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Optimize
application performance and maintain code quality.
- Ensure
