Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on developing and maintaining high-quality back-end solutions in Node.js for our web applications.
- Work with front-end technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, or AngularJS.
- Assist in troubleshooting and fixing bugs in existing back-end and web systems.
- Provide friendly support to both internal and external users.
- Help implement features based on requirements from product owners.
- Analyze issues and suggest improvements to enhance software quality.
- Share knowledge and best practices with your team members as you grow.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic experience or familiarity with Node.js from projects, coursework, or internships is welcome.
- Understanding of MongoDB, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML5 is a plus.
- A genuine passion for programming and solving problems.
- A portfolio showcasing your web development projects would be appreciated.
- Interest in UI/UX and graphic design is a bonus!
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a plus.
- Experience using Postman is helpful.
- Any knowledge of Node.js test automation frameworks (like Mocha, Chai, or Selenium) is great to have.
- Understanding of web templating languages such as Pug or Slim would be beneficial.
