The Full Stack Developer will support the mission of Valorem Reply Modern Work by developing custom software applications with a broad understanding of both frontend and backend technologies. They will collaborate heavily with internal team members and external stakeholders to build solutions and ensure systems are both reliable and secure.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services using the .NET stack
- Design and implement both front-end and back-end solutions to meet business requirements within ongoing projects
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences
- Integrate applications with Microsoft 365 services, leveraging Graph API, Entra ID, and SPFx as needed
- Maintain and optimize existing applications, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to team best practices, and stay updated with emerging technologies
- Work with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, to build and deploy applications
- Write and maintain technical documentation for projects
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of software development experience using C#/.NET framework
- MS SQL Server development experience with query optimization and data integration
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in React.js or Angular
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Graph API, Entra ID and SPFx
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $80,000 – $108,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
