Our client is a proptech platform that helps homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale by comparing, booking, and managing trusted services like staging, painting, cleaning, and removals in one place. It streamlines the process with fast quotes, digital property tools, and flexible payment options.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (AI Tools) with experience in both traditional and AI-assisted development workflows. This role requires someone who can maintain and update existing web applications while also having the capability to design and build new websites and applications from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with modern front-end and back-end frameworks, AI/low-code/no-code development tools, and can deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with minimal supervision.

This person harnesses the ability as a part engineer, part designer, and part collaborator. Someone who can bring ideas to life while maintaining both technical quality and creative integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and enhance existing websites and applications
• Design, develop, and deploy new web applications from scratch
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces using modern frameworks
• Leverage AI-powered and low-code/no-code tools to accelerate development workflows
• Collaborate with designers, founders, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and usability
• Manage version control and deployment pipelines
• Stay up to date with emerging AI development tools and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Core Tech Stack

• Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS
• AI / Low-Code Tools: Replit, V0 (Vercel), other vibe coding platforms
• Version Control: GitHub

Good to Have

• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with additional AI coding tools (e.g., Lovable, Replit)
• Experience with serverless architectures or modern deployment platforms
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development or similar roles
• Proven ability to maintain and improve existing web applications
• Proven ability to architect and build web applications from the ground up
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience working with APIs and backend integration
• Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Can interpret Figma/Adobe XD mockups accurately
• Understand typography, spacing, and layout
• Care about pixel-perfect implementation
