We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience using Cursor or similar AI-enabled development environments. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on rapid execution, operational excellence, and is motivated by a founder-level stake in transformative tech projects. This role involves working across multiple MVPs and full-scale applications, where your expertise will directly shape how AI-driven platforms are built and scaled. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and a global team to create scalable, secure, and production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications in AI-enabled environments (e.g., Cursor).
● Rapidly develop and iterate MVPs, then transition to full-feature production systems.
● Migrate projects from no-code prototypes to fully scalable infrastructure.
● Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
● Ensure platform security, performance, and maintainability across projects.
● 4-5 years of experience in Cursor or comparable AI-enabled development environments.
● Strong full stack development skills (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
● Proven track record in building and scaling production-grade applications.
● Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset and high attention to detail.
● Experience in transitioning from no-code tools to custom-coded deployments.
● Bonus: Background in education platforms (e.g., Coursera), security-first development practices, or high-availability systems.
