Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, experience working with APIs and databases, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of software or full-stack development experience
- Strong commercial experience in Java full-stack development
- Hands-on experience with Java 8, 11, or 17+
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
- Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, Hibernate or JPA, SQL, and relational databases
- Strong experience with React.js or Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into applications
- Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or AWS Bedrock Agents
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and agent orchestration
- Experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based tools
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals, including relational and NoSQL databases
- Ability to work directly with client engineering and business teams in ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end from discovery and design through production support
- Experience delivering enterprise applications in production environments
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on GenAI, agentic AI, or AI-enabled application development experience

- Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI
