We are building our Engineering Team in Cluj to set the architectural and engineering standards, best practices, and processes that will drive the development of our AI and Automation Platforms.

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI JavaScript Developer to join our global team and play a key role in developing and implementing this greenfield technology platform using AI and traditional technologies. This role is located in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 What you will do:

· Provide hands-on technical expertise to distributed technology teams building the Digital AI and Automation Platforms.

· Envision and develop core components that enable AI, low-code front-end and back-end development, supporting seamless integrations and enhancing customer experiences across channels.

· Collaborate with Marsh technology and business teams on new and existing product development opportunities.

· Continuously learn about new technologies and share insights to keep the team up to date with industry trends and best practices.

· Help define and ensure adherence to technology standards, architecture, and engineering best practices across platforms and implementation teams.

·  Work with senior business and technology leaders worldwide to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver real value.

 What you need to have:

· Hands-on technical expertise with full stack JavaScript( Angular/ React & Node.js) and TypeScript.

· Hands-on technical expertise using AI assets and tooling.

· Bachelor’s degree  in Computer Science or relevant experience.

· 4+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering global, highly scalable, customer-facing digital products and capabilities.

· Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

· Willingness to be flexible with technologies
