The RoleWe're looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for exceptional engineering and product talent. You'll partner directly with engineering and product leadership, build world-class teams around the models we're training, and play a critical role in scaling our technical organization.
What You'll DoOwn end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product roles across our technical organization
Source elite talent through professional networks, sourcing platforms, code repositories, engineering communities, open source contributions, and technical networks
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, nurturing long-term relationships with passive technical talent
Navigate competitive offer negotiations to close top talent in a highly competitive market
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments where you've worn multiple hats
Scrappy, resourceful approach to sourcing—you know how to find elite talent without relying solely on inbound pipelines or large recruiting teams
Proven track record recruiting exceptional engineering talent across multiple disciplines (infrastructure, full-stack, applied ML, systems, etc.)
Hands-on sourcing expertise—you know where to find exceptional builders: which companies produce great talent, which open source projects matter, and you're already connected to top engineering communities
Experience recruiting for organizations building AI-powered products or working at the intersection of research and production systems
Strong technical fluency and ability to evaluate engineering skills, architectural thinking, and product sense
Comfortable closing candidates who are weighing opportunities at leading tech companies
Data-driven approach to recruiting with ability to optimize for both velocity and quality
