Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting top-tier technology talent with game-changing opportunities? We are looking for full-cycle recruiters at Allegis Global Solutions to be a part of a world-leading innovative tech company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with non-technology hiring team to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for niche and leadership roles across all markets.
  • Source talent from various channels including coding communities and tech forums.
  • Conduct deep non-technical and functional screenings across modern technology skill stack.
  • Conduct deep assessment across these technical and functional skills.
  • Deliver market insights on compensation, talent trends, and competitor moves.
  • Track and optimize hiring metrics like time-to-hire and pipeline diversity.

 

Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of non-technical and technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in engineering lingo and modern development practices.
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques and ATS/CRM tools.
  • A data-driven mindset and a knack for building strong stakeholder relationships.
