What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, tailored demos that align with each prospect’s goals and priorities.
- Uncover and understand customer needs — goals, challenges, budget, timeline, decision-makers.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota while refining and improving your sales process.
- Proactively generate pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Collaborate across the team to share learnings and implement best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales and/or prospecting experience.
- Confidence in selling to senior finance leaders (CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, Accountants).
- Experience closing deals in the $25k–$75k ARR range.
- FinTech/Payments sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of urgency, persistence, and genuine curiosity for growth.
