Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Officer ensure smooth day-to-day rider operations, efficient order delivery, and high rider morale. The role combines people management, performance monitoring, and logistics coordination to support delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor rider attendance, delivery performance, and route efficiency.
Assign daily tasks and delivery routes to maximize output.
Track fuel usage, bike deployment, and utilization metrics.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints.
Act as the main point of contact for riders.
Maintain accurate records on rider and delivery performance.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification or diploma in logistics or related field
Minimum 1 year in delivery or field operations.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Comfortable using performance tracking tools or dashboards.
