  • Lead on employee relations, performance management and development planning to build a high-performing team.
  • Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems and ways of working.

As part of the team at Thatcham, you will also benefit from a heavily subsidised canteen offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and all-day snacks, local recognition schemes with £25 prizes, exclusive giveaways, and staff trips to our iconic Knightsbridge store. In addition, Harrods offers a range of company-wide benefits including subsidised medical and dental cover, discounted gym membership, and more.

About You
You will be a confident and people-focused leader with a proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operational environment. You will thrive on building relationships, motivating others and driving performance through engagement and clear direction.

You will bring strong commercial awareness and be comfortable balancing operational priorities with budget and cost management, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

  • You will have proven experience in a comparable role within a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
  • You will have experience managing teams of 60+ employees, including scaling resource during peak periods.
