The Role

Job Summary
The Fulfillment Tech I is responsible to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping as well as responsible for facilitating data entry of multiple aspects of the fulfillment operations. Tasks will encompass the handling of incoming orders for Wholesale,Track and Trace functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Offloading merchandise that arrives on delivery trucks
● Moving and organizing new merchandise within the warehouse
● Picking merchandising required to fulfill customer orders.
● Safely packaging and labeling merchandise for shipment
● Double-checking shipment contents against work orders to ensure accuracy.
● Updating the inventory tracking system with work order information.
● Transporting the packaged orders to outgoing delivery trucks
● Document management
● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
● Ability to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, hand trucks and other warehousing equipment.
● Enough physical strength to lift heavy boxes weigh 50 pounds or more.
● Strong reading and critical thinking skills to carry out work orders.
● Oral communication skills to effectively work alongside other member of the warehouse team.
● Enough physical stamina to remain upright and move during the entire duration of the shift.
● Effective listening to apply instructions from the manager.
● Thorough knowledge of warehouse safety and health standards
● Ability to work in the conditions of your warehouse, which may be hot, cold or noisy
Work Environment
● Operations: This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and working in proximity with staff and vendors.
● Must be able to travel to other office locations.
● Requires travel to different dispensaries and locations throughout assigned area, particularly during peak times.
Job Requirements
● Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
● Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
● Must be able to travel to other office locations.
● Ability to use computer and calculator for 8 hours or more.
● Required to have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.
● Must be 21 years of age or older.
● Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
● Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement or local Police Department.
