Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FTZ Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Foreign Trade Zone operations. The FTZ Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing trade processes within the FTZ.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Foreign Trade Zone regulations and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of customs compliance, tariff classifications, and import/export laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

-Organize office operations and procedures.
- Manage all activities related to the Foreign Trade Zone, including receiving, handling, documenting, and monitoring goods.
- Ensure compliance with all FTZ regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Optimize processes within the FTZ to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on FTZ procedures and compliance.
- Stay up to date on changes in FTZ regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

-Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

-Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office system.

Skills Required
