Job Purpose:
- Manufacturing of switchgear (RMU) – various types of products.
- Monitoring of the shop floor assembly activities as per the customer requirement / Specification to complete the assembly.
- Identification & monitoring of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency)
- To monitor the Daily/weekly/monthly station wise manpower as per production plan.
- Review with the operators feedback & corrective actions.
- On hand Assembly of RMU product
- Monitoring & conducting systems parameters of quality & safety as per target.
- Monitoring & conducting TPM, 5S, CLITA on daily basis.
- Station wise output monitoring & Improvement
JOB CONTEXT:
The position is responsible to:
To achieve the daily/weekly/monthly target. (manufacturing & Dispatches)
Monitoring & actions on KPI (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
Daily reporting of the targets & corrective action plans.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Daily production Planning for Final assembly
- Daily Monitoring of Station wise plan Vs. Actual
- Daily / weekly/ monthly monitoring of Station wise manpower required & output.
- Preparing & Monitoring of daily report.
- Monitoring of in-process defects /rejection.
- Training of new contract operator
- Monitoring for the quality & safety systems parameters (as per target)
- Assembly of product as per plan
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: -
Minimum Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma / ITI in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field.
Minimum 1+ years working experience in similar industry.
Self-driven individual with business acumen.
Knowledge of ERP/Equi. System- report in system / production declaration processing in the system.
