About your team

The Technology Controls Assurance (TCA) team is part of the Enterprise Resilience function which is a centralized global team responsible for supporting assurance activities across Technology and Enterprise services function, working closely with our internal and external auditors. The scope of the TCA team includes maintaining a central Technology and Information Security policies and controls library; Facilitation of External Audit and Certifications to Industry Standards (such as ISO); facilitating Client led technology audit, responding to client questionnaires for different Technology domains, and IT Control Governance (including monitoring, testing and internal control verification to ensure controls throughout Enterprise Technology functions are working effectively)

About your role
As a Senior RFI Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Technology–Client Response Team. Your role involves functionally supporting the team to ensure that client responses are submitted in a timely manner, are accurate, and of high quality. You will serve as the point of contact for various technological domains, ensuring that the information shared with clients is precise and factually correct.

Additionally, the team is responsible for facilitating client audits and follow-ups, managing the content of existing client responses, and maintaining glossy documents within the enterprise system of record.

About you

Your key accountabilities in this role would be:

  • Ensure all questionnaires and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests are completed to a high standard—accurate, comprehensive, and submitted within agreed deadlines.
  • Provide responses across various technology domains, ensuring concise, relevant, and specific information is shared with clients, supported by external audit reports.
  • Manage day-to-day response activities, including request volumes, work allocation, and team coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and maintain strong working relationships with technology and client-facing teams across multiple locations.

Skills and experience:

•           Proven experience in gathering information and data to respond to a high volume of RFI requests.

•           Sound understanding of IT risks and controls, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

•           Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving requirements from both client-facing and technology teams.

•           Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with geographically dispersed teams.

•           Intellectually curious and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
