Job Description
FTC - EDPMSWe are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Fresher to join our Global Business Shared Services (GBSS) team as an Executive – EDPMS & Banking on a 9-month contract. The role involves supporting export documentation, banking operations, invoice tracking, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance, good knowledge of MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Support export documentation and banking-related activities.
- Assist in tracking export invoice realizations and maintaining EDPMS records.
- Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders for required documentation.
- Maintain MIS reports and trackers using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of banking transactions.
- Support regulatory compliance and audit documentation.
- Perform data reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of banking, finance, or export documentation will be an added advantage.
