About your team

The HR Systems Team sits within the Global HR Shared Services function and works in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners and business groups to provide assistance in the technological support on Workday Human Capital Management System and other HR applications such as Cornerstone On Demand and LinkedIn Learning.

About your role

As a Workday Assistant Manager, you will join our current team, concentrating on implementing and supporting the existing absence and time tracking configurations. Your duties will involve functional configuration, adopting new features, and testing changes through UAT/SIT. Additionally, you will provide support for change management activities that affect existing plans and serve as an expert in absence and time tracking. The support you offer is crucial in ensuring adherence to leave policies and enhancing the employee experience.

About you

  • Deep configuration experience with Workday Absence management and Time tracking modules.
  • 4-5 years of Workday Absence and Time tracking configuration, test and deployment experience with good understanding of the Workday core application (HCM Core, Business Processes & Reporting).
  • Hands on expertise implementing time entry rules, time calculations, absence rules.
  • Strong understanding of time zones , work schedules and holiday calendars configuration.
  • Experience in time approval workflows and delegation setup
  • Proficiency in setting up absence types, eligibility rules and accrual calculations.
  • Understanding of workday security framework, especially time/absence relaged security groups and domains.
  • Understanding of global time and absence requirements for multi country implementations.
  • Familiarity with common payroll integration requirements for time data.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting time/absence requirements.
  • Current Workday absence and Time tracking certification.
