We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FSSI Sales Support to join our Consumer Goods Sales team in Christchurch and help us build strong partnerships that drive growth and make a real difference.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Foodstuffs South Island Business Manager, you’ll be the customer champion for placing Foodstuffs daily orders and managing invoice processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order placement, maintaining strong relationships with Foodstuffs and internal stakeholders, and supporting performance analysis across multiple product categories.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for planning and processing the FSSI daily orders, and manage inventory for FSSI by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver targets.
  • Manage the FSSI invoice processes to deliver monthly aged debtor targets
  • Assist the FSSI Account Team with stock and sales analysis, monthly accruals, competitor insights, and promotional planning.

Who You Are:
You’re a motivated team player with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and analysis.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, Logistics, or VMI (preferably with FSSI).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver insights through data.
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Resilience and composure under pressure
