Job Description:

The Field Service Representative Supervisor ensures operational and personal readiness of the Customer Success Flight Operations pilot roster. They are responsible for daily administrative tasks, equipment and property accountability, and cross-functional support. They manage routine traffic with pilots, inter-organizational administrative personnel, and V-BAT customers to ensure mission readiness and personnel and aircraft reliability.

What You'll Do:

Track and manage CONUS and OCONUS FSR obligations across numerous contracts.
Mentor and develop senior V-BAT Technical SMEs.
Serve as primary touchpoint cross-functionally between the FSR roster and the rest of the SAI enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
UAS Pilot Industry Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

V-BAT Technical SME
Deployed operational UAS experience
V-BAT Instructor Qualified

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check. Military fellows and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
