Job DescriptionJob Description
- Monitor process and perform routine QC checks to ensure operation process is in control and product meets standards set by the company.
- Maintain compliance with all USDA regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Meat or poultry plant experience desirable
- Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions & procedures
- Proficient in basic math skills (calculators)
- Good communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group setting
- Ability to work independently
- Able to make decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product
- Flexible hours
