Job Description
This role provides sanitation and cleaning expertise, guidance and support to our Seven Hills site. You would work closely with the production staff, area leaders and site management, as well as the wider FSQ team. This role does not have any direct reports.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification activities included GMP audits and KHMS performance monitoring to schedule.
  • Adhere to performance monitoring audits
  • Manage verification & validation activities
  • Lead and participate in internal and external audits
  • Implement the KHMS plans as the accountable person
  • Do monthly reporting on Golden rules
  • Cover for process team when required
  • Lead pest control program
  • Liaise with third party contractors on pest control and cleaning
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate sanitation operating procedures and training that meets the requirements of the Heinz Sanitation Program
  • Provide leadership and training for production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule
  • Key site contact for 3rd party cleaning service provide
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision


About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in food science, technology or related discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in a quality role
  • HACCP Principles & Application
  • Internal &/or external auditor
  • Ability to work in a team environment to resolve problems or improve systems
  • Ability to be analytical when assessing products against specific requirements
  • Proactive seeking out opportunities for improvement and development personally and professionally
