We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an FSQ Support to join the team based out of our Tomoana, New Zealand site!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Provide verification and validation support, coordinating GMP audits, KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) performance monitoring and environmental monitoring programs
  • Maintain accurate performance monitoring records and ensure adherence to audit schedules, escalating any out-of-spec potable water or environmental results
  • Support investigation of customer complaints and hygiene-related issues, assist root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to drive process improvements
  • Support Animal Nutrition site activities including review, verification and actions associated with performance monitoring and cleaning & sanitation
  • Support the Compliance & System Lead in KHMS, Golden Rules and audit readiness; participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up on actions
  • Liaise with third-party providers (cleaning, pest control) as the site contact to ensure service quality, compliance and contractual fulfilment
  • Prepare and deliver site reporting, including monthly Golden Rule reporting and quarterly business review updates with third-party cleaning providers
  • Provide process improvement support, awareness and training to other functions and support Process Team/GEMBA schedule coverage as required

About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in food science, food technology or a related discipline
  • At least one year's experience in a quality or food safety role preferred, including conducting internal audits and validations
  • Practical experience supporting closure of corrective actions and participating in risk assessments
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to liaise across functions and with third-party providers
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail when assessing products, environmental and potable water results
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and personal/professional development
  • Good communication, organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand - with full working rights
