•负责指定区域安捷伦产品，如GC,LC,GCMS等的现场安装、操作培训，维修维护，包括硬件、软件等；
•及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系；
•与其他部门同事协作，完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目；
•按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。
Qualifications岗位要求
•化学、化工、药学、食品或相关专业本科及以上学历；
•2年以上GC,LC,GCMS使用经历或相关售后维修经验，深入了解仪器工作原理；
•动手能力强，对于分析仪器本身有兴趣；
•具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
良好的英文读写能力

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, food science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience using GC, LC, or GC-MS instruments, or related after-sales repair experience
- In-depth understanding of analytical instrument operating principles
- Strong hands-on technical ability and interest in analytical instruments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
