JOB TITLE: Indian Taco Artist

ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT:  FireLake Indian Tacos    

SUPERVISOR:  Manager 

SALARY RANGE:   $12.00 to $16.00 

FLSA: NON-EXEMPT 

JOB SUMMARY:

A FireLake Indian Taco artist is responsible for preparing Indian Tacos in a “Subway Artist” type atmosphere, they will prepare tacos per customer specifications daily and will be providing financial transaction. via cash register, to customers. He/she is Responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service. Compute daily receipts and balances and verify that cash on hand, credit and debits and credit card slips are reconciled at the end of each shift. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
    
2. Ensure sales counter product is of highest quality and freshness.
    
3. Implement and maintain customer service standards.
    
4. Maintain all merchandising standards; display presentation, signing standards and monitor inventory levels.
    
5. Maintain adherences to all company policies and procedures.
    
6. Any other duties as assigned by store manager or store director.  

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Perform other duties and projects as required by management

 PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of cash registers
2. Good cash handling skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: 

High school diploma/G.E.D.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
    
2. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
3. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area, and register area.
    
4. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run department.
    
5. Ability to move or transfer merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
    
6. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

7.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours). 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal restaurant environment
