Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
2–3 years’ experience in a fresh foods / produce retail environment
Experience in managing stock, shrinkage, and quality in produce
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
