Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will be the regional technical leader responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites within the frozen meal assembly network. You will support the Theory of Operations framework through documentation, training, validation, and cross‑site collaboration, partnering with subject matter experts, site specialists, and plant operations, maintenance, and process engineering teams to advance best practices and develop technical talent.
A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership to site teams on frozen meal assembly processes.
Share operational insights and champion cross‑site collaboration.
Support development and deployment of Theory of Operations documentation.
Coordinate site priorities and resource needs for ToO execution.
Lead training for operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
Mentor site specialists and junior engineers.
Analyze performance data to identify loss reduction opportunities.
Support loss tree analysis and escalation protocols.
Address equipment losses, including case packer and cartoner downtime.
Maintain accurate ToO documentation aligned with enterprise standards.
Participate in knowledge‑sharing meetings and capability reviews.
Promote continuous improvement and best practice adoption across the network.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or thermal processing.
Technical expertise in frozen meal assembly equipment and processes.
Experience developing and delivering training programs.
Willing to travel regionally up to 50–75 percent.
Comfortable working in plant and office environments, including extended walking or standing, climbing, and exposure to noise, heat, cold, or wet/slippery surfaces.
Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
