Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Head who can lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives to increase store footfall, product promotion, customer retention, and business growth. This role requires a mix of on-ground marketing execution, ATL/BTL activities, and digital marketing leadership (Offline is the main focus)
The ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced F&B/growth brand environment, having experience of scaling a 0 to 1 journey for brand building, and is someone who understands consumer marketing deeply — from ideation to planning to on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
On-Ground & Offline Marketing (Primary Focus)
• Plan and execute local store-level marketing to drive footfall & sampling
• Lead BTL initiatives: food festivals, kiosks, tasting programmes, mall activations, campus tie-ups, community engagement, corporate sampling drives
• Manage ATL campaigns — print, radio, outdoor, retail branding, regional media partnerships
• Build and execute new store launch plans & expansion marketing playbook
• Drive performance by analyzing regional demand patterns & customer insights
Digital & Influencer Marketing
• Oversee organic content and storytelling on digital platforms
• Manage influencers & food content creators for ROI-driven partnerships
• Coordinate with digital partners for basic performance campaigns
• Ensure unified consumer communication across all touchpoints
Leadership & Execution
• Work closely with founders & leadership to align business & marketing goals
• Lead external creative, activation & digital partners/agencies
• Manage budgets, measure marketing ROI & optimize spends
• Build and mentor a small marketing team as the brand scales
Profile Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in F&B / QSR / ice-cream/café chains/consumer experience-driven brands
• Strong background in offline activation & ground-level marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (organic, social, influencers)
• Data-driven, execution-focused & creative problem-solver
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Skills Required
- 7+ years experience in F&B / QSR / ice-cream/cafe chains/consumer experience-driven brands
- Strong background in offline activation and ground-level marketing (BTL)
- Experience planning and executing ATL campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, retail branding)
- Experience managing digital marketing fundamentals (organic social, influencer marketing)
- Proven experience scaling a brand from 0 to 1 and building store launch/expansion playbooks
- Experience managing budgets, measuring marketing ROI and optimizing spends
- Experience leading, building and mentoring a small marketing team; managing agencies/partners
- Data-driven, execution-focused and creative problem-solver able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
