The Fronter serves as the first point of contact in the sales journey and plays a critical role in generating revenue opportunities for the sales team. This position is responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound and inbound communication, qualifying interest, educating clients on Aroma360's products and services, and scheduling appointments for Scent Consultants.
The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Engage with inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website submissions, and other lead sources.
- Qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, timeline, and interest level.
- Educate potential customers on Aroma360's products, scenting solutions, and services.
- Schedule qualified appointments and consultations for the Scent Consultant team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within Salesforce CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and text communications to maximize appointment conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals.
- Represent the Aroma360 brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven success working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Strong appointment-setting, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work with urgency and maintain a positive attitude in a performance-driven environment.
- Professional phone presence with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brand experience is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a sales organization.
