Frontend Web Developer

We're looking for a Frontend Web Developer to build fast, modern, and highly interactive web experiences that reflect Valerie's premium brand.

You'll work closely with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to bring exceptional digital experiences to life. Success in this role isn't measured by how many pages you build or animations you create; it's measured by how beautifully, smoothly, and reliably users experience the website.

• You enjoy building premium, visually impressive websites with exceptional attention to detail.

• You love transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user experiences.

• You have a strong eye for design, motion, and frontend craftsmanship.

• You enjoy creating immersive interactions using GSAP and Three.js.

• You care deeply about website performance, accessibility, and clean, maintainable code.

• You naturally take ownership and enjoy bringing ambitious creative ideas to life through code.

• You communicate well with designers, product teams, and marketers to build exceptional user experiences.

• You enjoy learning modern frontend technologies and continuously improving your craft.

• 3–6 years of frontend development experience, ideally within a SaaS company, AI product company, or fast-paced startup.

• Strong experience with Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, GSAP, and Three.js.

• Experience building responsive, production-ready websites from concept to launch.

• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.

• Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and engineering quality.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and a strong portfolio

• Experience building SaaS or AI product websites.

• Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Contentful.

• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility.

• Experience building premium marketing websites with advanced animations and interactive storytelling.

• You see frontend development as simply converting designs into code.

• You don't enjoy building animations, interactions, or premium user experiences.

• You struggle to balance visual quality with website performance.

• You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change.

• You rely on others to identify problems instead of proactively finding solutions.

• You're uncomfortable taking ownership of frontend features from implementation through deployment.
