Frontend Software Engineer - Notifications

Corporater is a global enterprise software company helping large organizations manage governance, performance, risk, compliance, and business processes through a connected business management platform.

As we continue to evolve our global product, Corporater India is building a strong Product Engineering organization focused on scalable, high-quality product development and customer outcomes.

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the team building Notifications (Pigeon), a shared platform service used by multiple Corporater products.

You will work on a modern React stack where rich user experiences, component reusability, performance, and clean architecture are critical. This is a hands-on product engineering role where you will contribute to solution design, architecture, technical decisions, and product discovery—not just implementation.

● Build notification definition, template, and workflow user interfaces consumed by multiple Corporater products.

● Create rich-text editing experiences using CKEditor 5 and build reusable, composable UI components.

● Design and implement notification profiles and communication workflow visualizations.

● Build robust API integration patterns using REST APIs, React Query, and form validation with React Hook Form and Zod.

● Implement authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.

● Develop frontend solutions using React 19, TypeScript, TanStack Query, TanStack Table, and Tailwind CSS.

● Apply clean architecture principles to maintain separation of concerns and testability.

● Write automated unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and best practices.

● Participate in architecture and code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.

● Work closely with Product Managers, backend engineers, designers, QA, and teams consuming the shared platform.

● Participate in discovery, evaluate design alternatives, and bring technical trade-offs and practical solutions to the discussion.

● Take ownership of user experience quality, accessibility, and performance.

● Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience.

● Experience building production frontend applications.

● Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration patterns.

● Experience with state management and async data handling (React Query, Redux, or similar).

● Strong testing discipline with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.

● Experience with form handling and validation libraries.

● Proficiency with CSS, styling frameworks, or component styling approaches.

● Experience building reusable components and maintaining clean frontend architecture.

● Experience with Tailwind CSS or utility-first CSS frameworks.

● TanStack ecosystem experience (React Query, TanStack Table).

● Experience with rich-text editors or CKEditor.

● Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC and JWT-based authentication.

● Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages.

● Experience building shared UI component libraries or design systems.

● Accessibility (a11y) and web performance optimization experience.

● Experience with collaborative features or real-time UI updates.

You will be part of the Product Engineering organization being built in Corporater India, working on a shared platform capability used across multiple global products.

You will solve interesting engineering problems across rich user experiences, component architecture, accessibility, performance, API integration, and enterprise-scale frontend development while having a direct influence on how the platform evolves.
