The Frontend Platform team enables engineering teams across Relativity to build consistent, accessible, scalable, and high-performing user experiences. The team is responsible for core UI infrastructure, frontend architecture, design systems, reusable component libraries, and frontend enablement capabilities that accelerate development velocity and maintain a high standard of user experience across products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for building the core UI infrastructure, design systems, and frontend enablement capabilities that power modern web applications across Relativity.
As a hands-on technical leader, you will drive architectural decisions, foster engineering excellence, and empower your team to deliver accessible, performant, and scalable user interfaces. You will work cross-functionally with product, UX, and engineering leaders to define and deliver platform-wide solutions that enable development velocity and high-quality user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical frontend expertise, people leadership, and a passion for building developer-focused platform capabilities in a stable, growth-oriented organization.
Job Description and Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
7+ years of frontend engineering experience, with 2-4 years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, with exposure to Angular or Vue.
Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and responsive layout techniques.
Experience architecting frontend platforms using component libraries, design systems, and Micro Frontend patterns.
Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Recoil, or Zustand, and frontend performance optimization techniques including lazy loading and code splitting.
Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks and strategies such as Jest, Cypress, and Playwright, including integration within CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and asynchronous programming models.
Track record of building accessible user interfaces that meet WCAG standards and internationalization requirements.
Experience managing Agile teams with a focus on continuous delivery, feedback, and iteration.
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Preferred
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products on Azure or another major cloud platform.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python for effective coordination and API alignment.
Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment practices.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven UI solutions, including personalized interfaces, chatbots, or adaptive user experiences.
Strong UX sensibility and the ability to bridge design intent with frontend implementation.
Experience participating in design system governance or contributing to shared cross-team component architecture.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
288 000 and 432 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
