Frontend Engineer
Location: Remote ( Only for the candidates resides in Costa Rica)
About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity to get in early at a Pre-IPO Cyber Security company on a mission to modernize network access. The Frontend Engineer will collaborate with designers and product managers to build new features for our applications, work with the latest Javascript technologies and learn and grow your career with the team.
What You’ll Do
- The Frontend team is responsible for building high-performance, modern applications for the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. We use tools like React, Electron, React Native, Typescript, ag-grid and Highcharts.
What You’ll Bring
You are a self-driven engineer with experience making full-featured applications with a focus on usability and performance. You are familiar with the React frameworks and thrive in an environment where you're given creative freedom and ownership. You enjoy being in a position where you have a huge impact on the future of the product and your career growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in creating enterprise applications and related technologies (HTML, JS, CSS).
- Experience with the React frameworks.
- Experience with modern web technologies and tools such as ES6, promises, Typescript, SaaS.
- The ability to adapt and pivot to new technologies and customer needs.
- Experience with data visualization libraries like Highcharts and AgGrid.
- Knowledge of security fundamentals (certificates, OAuth).
