- Project Management: Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, prioritizing tasks to meet user needs and company goals effectively
- Testing Excellence: Develop robust unit and integration tests to maintain the reliability of front-end code, particularly within A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with fellow engineers to uphold best practices for state management within ClickUp, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Continuous Improvement: Be a champion for front-end development best practices, continuously seeking ways to refine processes and challenge the status quo
- Performance Optimization: Proactively seek out and implement solutions for performance bottlenecks, ensuring scalability and smooth operation as we grow
- Enjoy the Journey: Bring a positive spirit to the team, contributing to our growth and success through a commitment to iterative experimentation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Expertise in Angular15+ and TypeScript
- Strong grasp of API standards, design approaches, and integration patterns
- Experience writing and operating microservices in a modern cloud environment (AWS, Azure etc) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability in everything you build
- A customer-centric mindset, ensuring a top-notch experience in every feature developed
