Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand digital product goals.
- Deliver impactful presentations and responsive interfaces showcasing client-side capabilities and interactive components.
- Support the product team in translating UI/UX designs into functional web flows, ensuring frontend accuracy and alignment with user needs.
- Provide technical insights and frontend expertise throughout the product lifecycle to drive cross-browser performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including backend developers and UI/UX designers) to capture client feedback and improve offerings.
- Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and client-side optimization practices to position solutions effectively.
- Conduct workshops, code reviews, and technical alignments internally and with clients to improve codebase maintainability and development standards.
- Participate in Agile development processes and team alignments, representing Adree’s frontend engineering capabilities.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, Web Developer, or similar engineering role building production-grade web applications.
- Demonstrated track record integrating frontend architectures with server-side infrastructures and backend RESTful APIs.
- Experience building and maintaining highly scalable user interfaces within collaborative, multi-stakeholder corporate structures.
Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)
- Strong proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Practical expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm) and version control (Git).
- Analytical skills to evaluate user flows, debug performance bottlenecks, and translate business criteria into stable logic.
- Strong team alignment, structured documentation management, and joint problem-solving abilities.
