We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Frontend Developer with 4+ years of experience building modern web applications, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives impact through clarity, focus, and strong execution.
About the Role
As a Frontend Developer at Blossom, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability. You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals. This role requires a solid understanding of frontend and backend technologies, strong attention to UI/UX details, and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows, productivity, and code quality. You will play an important role in shaping frontend architecture, ensuring accessibility standards, and continuously improving the overall quality of our digital products.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in web application development.
- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies.
- High adoption and daily usage of AI technologies and tools in development workflows.
- Core technologies: CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript.
- Frameworks: ReactJS (Next.js preferred).
- UI / Design: Experience with CSS animations or similar tools.
- Architecture: Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns.
- Best Practices: Strong commitment to accessibility, usability, and clean code standards.
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into daily development tasks to improve efficiency, maintainability, and code quality.
