What You’ll Do
- Writing, debugging and maintaining code
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Working closely with other developers to improve product’s functionality
- Developing innovative solutions & robust, scalable, and secure features
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Monitor the performance of internal systems
- Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities
- Breaking big tasks down into sub-tasks for junior team members
- Supervising and setting objectives for at least one junior employee
- Participating in estimation discussions with the product team
- Delivery of clear technical and user documentation of the developed applications.
- Oversee and perform the recruitment efforts.
- Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR completion of reputable IT courses.
- 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience with strong production expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, web fundamentals, responsive design, asynchronous operations, and AJAX.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and UI/component libraries such as AntDesign, MUI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Basic knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Django) and good understanding of Git workflows.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Able to understand complex and large scale web applications with ease, and take full ownership of the code.
- Skilled at researching, learning, and applying the right libraries or solutions for edge case tasks.
- Able to propose solid solutions for challenging technical problems, explain ideas clearly, and take an active role in technical discussion
