Our hybrid work style (2-3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. And it’s flexible enough to give you the space to do your best work.  

Mission and Goals

• Help to deliver the best in-app user experience to drive the company's revenue

• Collaborate with business, product, and platform teams to build new user journeys

• Join as a peer of campaign configuration specialists, front-end developers, and QA engineers

Objectives

• Develop and implement new user-facing features that enhance the overall user experience.

• Ensure the technical feasibility and optimization of UI/UX designs.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support scalable development.

• Maintain and improve existing web content to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Innovate and introduce new methods to boost efficiency and streamline processes.

Competencies 

• Front-End Development Experience – At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

• Email Template Development – Experience in creating and optimizing email templates.

• HTML & CSS Expertise – Strong proficiency in HTML markup and CSS styling techniques.

• JavaScript Proficiency – Solid understanding of JavaScript, including best practices for writing maintainable and efficient code.
