Join us as a Frontend Developer

BBH’s Digital Transformation Systems team is looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team! We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Developer to join our organization. The candidate will be primarily responsible for writing and managing source code, automated tests, ensuring continuous integration, tracking issues, and creating a continuous deployment environment. Both frontend and backend skills are required. This may also include being the lead on proposals, projects, and promoting new architecture tools, processes, and techniques. The candidate will assist in identifying, defining, and analyzing legacy and emerging systems and software designs The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the business transformation.

Location: Kraków

Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

On this position you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop distributed computing systems used by internal and external clients.
  • Research new technology options and develop POCs for evaluation.
  • Create integration and application technical design documentation.
  • Complete development, configuration, and unit testing of high complexity areas.
  • Resolve defects during testing phases.
  • Support and execute performance testing.
  • Assist junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Provide production support and assist in troubleshooting production environment as well as environment tuning.
  • Ensure best practices are followed from a technical perspective during all phases of the project
  • Conduct code reviews for other team members and verify standards and practices for the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good Knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, rxjs, ngrxstore, signals
  • Good knowledge of Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
  • Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
  • Familiarity with ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate)
  • Good knowledge of Java, 17+ in a plus
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, agGrid library, browser API, Angular components, time manipuation libraries
  • Practical knowledge of Unit Testing with frameworks: JUnit, Mockito
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (prefferably OpenShift)
  • SQL – ability to understand and write SQL queries
  • Knowledge in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RxJS, NgRx Store, and Signals
