This individual will focus on designing reusable, high-performance, and visually consistent user interfaces and components for internal-facing solutions, often integrating with
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a reusable component library and technical standards for modern web applications.
- Define and govern the front-end technology stack and integration patterns with backend services.
- Ensure scalability and performance readiness for all web frontend solutions.
- Contribute to
rapid prototyping and development for quick-win projects (2-4 weeks), supporting approaches like vibe coding.
- Mentor and support the web developers in the Factory squads.
- Required Experience: 10+ years in web application development, with at least 5 years as an Architect or Lead on enterprise-level web applications.
- Technical Skillsets:
- Core Languages: Expert in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in a leading frontend framework (e.g., React) and associated state management/tooling.
- Integration: Strong understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL) with backend services (likely Java-based).
- Development: Strong experience with visual management and fast-paced development dynamics.
- Language: French Speaking
Skills Required
