What You'll Do: As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll partner with the Director of Rooms and Front Office leadership team to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office while ensuring every guest receives personalized, genuine hospitality from arrival through departure.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating Front Office Agents
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism
  • Acting as Manager on Duty as assigned
  • Supporting daily Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and lobby presence
  • Training and developing team members while promoting InterContinental service standards
  • Monitoring scheduling, labor costs, cash handling, and operational procedures
  • Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Supporting departmental projects, meetings, and hotel initiatives

 

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of hotel supervisory experience, preferably within Front Office or Guest Services
  • Outstanding guest service and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality or Business Management degree
  • Prior luxury hotel experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Hospitality leadership or emotional intelligence training

We are looking for someone who can easily engage and adapt to our unique culture. We are looking for an energetic and friendly Front Office Supervisor to join our family! The Front Office Supervisor will support the Director of Rooms by managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department.  The Front Office Department is the first point of contact for hotel guests and is responsible for providing personalized service to guests upon arrival, during their stay and upon departure In addition, the Front Office Supervisor will supervise, manage and mentor Front Office Agents. The Front Office Supervisor an integral part of our management team and works side by side with managers and associates on a day-to-day basis to anticipate and meet guest’s needs. We are looking for someone who will help us continue to develop memorable guest experiences.
