Job Summary
As a Front Office Specialist at Fluke’s European Headquarters in Eindhoven, you are the face of the organization. You ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front office, delivering high-quality service to employees, visitors, and external partners in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Manage visitor registration, issue badges, and ensure compliance with building access and security guidelines
- Act as gatekeeper for the office, maintaining adherence to company policies
- Handle incoming calls via the central switchboard and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages, including priority shipments and required documentation
- Manage office supplies and support general office needs in line with company policies
- Support essential administrative activities, including:
- Maintaining and improving front office processes
- Creating purchase requisitions (indirect spend)
- Act on, and report facilities related incidents and requests.
- Provide additional support and administrative assistance as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative role, preferably in an international environment
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Flexible, with willingness to adjust working hours to ensure front office coverage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and eager to learn new tools
- Fluent in English and basic Dutch knowledge (spoken and written)
