Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys providing exceptional support, and takes pride in maintaining a highly organized workplace.

As a Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with office organization and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external contacts.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
