Responsibilities
- In charge of the Front Office Department's overall management, personnel and resources
- In charge of making ensure that guests receive considerate and individualized service
- In charge of reviewing correspondence about guest inquiries, reservations, etc.
- Ensure that arrival and departure went smoothly to meet guest expectations and Aman Standard.
- Ensure that daily trainings were conducted in the Front Office Department.
- Analyse each front desk employee's performance at work and offer solutions that adhere to Aman Standard.
- Ensure that staff members are consistently alert, welcoming, helpful, and courteous to all visitors, managers, and other staff.
- Working on Department's yearly capital and operating budgets. Also, present the Department's P & L to the Hotel Management each month to make sure departmental spending stays within budget.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s in business administration or Hotel Management.
- Previously experience working for a major multinational hotel chain, Luxury and Ultra-Luxury hotel chain in Front Office Management.
- Previously experience with Front Office Systems
- Strong and confident in analytical, problem-solving, and work-execution skills.
- Fluent in English both written and Speaking
