Position Overview:


The Front Office Coordinator will ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment, supporting the executive assistant team with scheduling, meeting planning, facilities management, and front-desk responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors while monitoring the front door for packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
  • Support scheduling, in-person meetings, and planning of executive lunches and events. Coordinate with the executive assistant team to provide seamless support to senior leaders.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities-related needs.
  • Facilitate communication between remote and in-office team members.

The successful candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:

  • Front desk, administrative, or office coordination roles in a professional setting.
  • Managing visitors, packages, and reception responsibilities.
  • Supporting meeting coordination and executive scheduling.
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
  • Always maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor

Required Traits, Expertise, and Skills:

Education, Professional Certification, and Licenses:

·       High school diploma or equivalent required

·       Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Certifications in office administration or customer service (nice to have but not required)

Experience:

·       2+ years of experience in a front office, administrative, or office coordination role

·       Experience supporting executives or professional services teams is a plus

Travel and Schedule:

·       On-site role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

·       Minimal to no travel expected

 

Expected Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 Total Compensations (Base + Annual Bonus)
