About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the Role

We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organized heart of our office. As the first person clients, visitors, and candidates meet, you'll set the tone for every interaction — making sure everyone who walks through our doors or calls our main line feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of.

Beyond the front desk, you'll keep the office running smoothly day to day overseeing supplies and vendors, and supporting team events and employee experience initiatives. You'll partner closely with the Office Manager and teams across the company to make sure our workplace is organized, safe, and a great place to work.

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, polished, and highly organized, enjoys juggling many tasks at once, and takes pride in creating a professional, positive environment for clients and coworkers alike.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet and check in all clients, visitors, vendors, and candidates in a warm, professional manner

  • Manage the visitor log and badge or sign-in process to keep the office safe and secure

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby at all times

  • Answer general questions and direct guests to the right person or meeting space

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Order and track office, kitchen, and break room supplies while staying within budget

  • Help maintain shared spaces, including the kitchen, break room, and outdoor patio

  • Support office safety and security processes, including key cards, parking access, and emergency procedures

Events & Employee Experience

  • Help coordinate company events, team lunches, and celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries

  • Support People Operations with on-site events like health fairs, open enrollment sessions, and trainings

  • Help plan and promote initiatives that build a positive, connected office culture

  • Take on special projects related to office operations and employee experience as needed

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you notice what needs to be done and take care of it

  • Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work on-site during regular business hours

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
