At Bradshaw Home, we understand that our Front Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive first impression to all customers calling on the phone or visiting our corporate office.  We’re currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic professional to join our team and fulfill this full-time position. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, a personable multitasker, and has prior experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced office setting. They will bring resourcefulness, strong organizational skills, and stellar communication to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure, our Front Office Coordinator will exemplify excellence in quality, trust, value, and service.

Work Arrangement: This position is fully onsite and based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The selected candidate will work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PT. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Respond appropriately to caller’s needs based on provided guidelines.
  • Screen and transfer calls as needed.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Maintain building security by ensuring visitor protocol is followed.
  • Notify individuals when a visitor has arrived for a meeting.
  • Maintain reception area and lobby in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Receive front office deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Manage postage meter to ensure adequate funds are always available.
  • Receive, log, and notify employees of inbound FedEx and UPS shipments.
  • Prepare and manage outbound FedEx and UPS shipments for office personnel.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of shippers (cardboard boxes) for outbound shipments; reorder and restock as needed.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies for FedEx and UPS printer.
  • Notify inventory control of customer returns.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.
  • Process customer orders and employee sample requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve order-related issues and support successful order execution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Punctual with a strong attendance history
  • Effective phone skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

Pay and Benefits:

US$20.50 - US$21.00 Hourly

Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.

Offer contingent on successful completion of both a Background Check.
